PACHAMANCA
A compound word of the Quechua language:
Pacha = earth, Manca = kettle
This banquet of the kings of the Peruvian Empire will be served at
Beef, Chicken, Pork, potato, corn on the cob, dessert, aji, and salad.
The cost is $20.00 per portion of food. ($25 at the door) The portions are large, so you may wish to share.
Please bring your own drink, we will also be selling Inca Cola
We will serve the meal about 12:30 PM.
ENTERTAINMENT
Peruvian folk dances: chonguinada, tumba monte etc.
Directions: Go West of Denver to the junction of highways 6, 58 and 93 on the West side of Golden.
Go North on 93 one mile, to Golden Gate Canyon Road.
Turn left on Golden Gate Canyon Rd.
9 miles on the main road to Centennial Ranch – 50 minutes drive from Denver.
Come early to socialize with friends, see the whole process of cooking the food, to take a hike
or wade in the creek, volleyball, soccer, or play games etc.
